KZV After School Program / Extended Care 2011-2012

KZV’s Extended Care Program will begin to operate as of Monday, August 22, 2011.

The program will run Monday through Friday, in the morning from 7:30am-8:00am and in the afternoon from 3:45pm - 6:00pm, of each school week.
All KZV K-8^th graders are eligible to register. Pre-School will have its own separate program.
The Extended Care fee for K-8^th grades, per child per hour is $10.00 (prorated every 15 min.).
The Extended Care fee for Pre-K per child per hour is $12.00 (prorated every 15 min.).
Morning Extended Care will take place in Pre-K Red/Yellow room. Parents must check-in their children.
No drop-off on campus is allowed before 8am.

After-School invoices will be generated on a monthly basis. Please remit promptly. Since there are no expenditure provisions within the KZV budget for an After-School Program, your payments will act as the sole source of income for this program, as it needs to pay providers.

When paying, checks should be written out to KZV. Cash payments are acceptable only during official KZV office hours, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

The Deadline to turn in the KZV Extended Care Program Application Form is Monday, August 29, 2011
To register:
- Promptly complete and E-Mail to us the KZV Extended Care Program Application Form or complete and return the form to the KZV Office.
Snacks, such as pretzels, cookies will begin to be served at the After School Program as of Monday, August 22, 2011.
No After-School program is available on minimum days.
