Application Process 2012-2013 School Year

Thank you for your interest in applying to KZV Armenian School. Please follow the three-step process. Please submit all documents to the school office in person.

Students applying for Kindergarten need to be 5 years old on or before 9/1/2012.

For Preschool

Download and complete the following forms. If you are a first time applicant, please submit child’s birth certificate, immunization record and child’s photograph.

Financial Aid Application: Limited amount of financial aid is available for K through 8th grade students whose families qualify. Please fill out the application form and bring it to the office along with all the required papers.
