Mary Karpanian – (Chair of the Armenian Language Department) Teaches Armenian Language, Math, Science, & Social Studies

A native of Beirut, Lebanon, Mary has been teaching at KZV since 1989. Even after so many years, the first and last days of the school year are always her favorite. She enjoys seeing how much the students have learned within the intervening months. Ms. Karpanian's teaching motto is, "There are no weeds in Kindergarten. Some bloom early, some bloom late." When not teaching, Mary enjoys reading, knitting, and needlework.
