Nshan Kesecker
Class of 2006
Nshan is a 2006 alumnus. After KZV he was accepted to Lowell High School and graduated in 2010. He then went on to attend the University of San Francisco graduating early in 2013 majoring in History. He continued his education at the University of Chicago earning his Master's degree in 2015 in Middle Eastern Studies. In 2016, Nshan worked as the computer science teacher at KZV. In 2017, Nshan moved to Armenia and started to work on his Ph.D. in Near Eastern Studies at Yerevan State University.
Nshan is currently the middle school English teacher. It has always been Nshan's passion to be a lecturer in history. He has an ear for music and comes from a very talented, musical family.
While Nshan was in Armenia he met and is now married to Sona. They have a beautiful son named Aram.
His favorite part of KZV was learning the Armenian language, history, and religion. He says that these three subjects of education are extremely important for the continuation and strengthening of our community.
